CGI Foods, Inc. obtained Area Development Agreement (ADA) for whole areas of Thailand from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Headquarters in January 16, 2012. Siam Paragon, which is a big shopping mall in the main district in Bangkok, was opened in October, 2012. CGI Foods, Inc. signed a Joint Venture Agreement with Fico Group (http://www.ficocorporation.com/), one of the local conglomerates. 10 stores are being operated under Fico Group and 5 stores are ready to open soon.  Fico Group began their business with property development and is now broadening their business towards hotels, restaurants, and fashion.
