At the beginning of each day, I emphasize the importance of three words to my staff and colleagues. In order to lead successfully in life as well as business, it's important to live with passion, positive thinking, and patience. I call them the 3Ps. These three words are not only a mantra, they represent an idealistic business philosophy that has become a core motto of CGI F&B Business, as well as personal virtue.
Passion : Without passion in life, it is difficult to achieve goals, and more importantly, it is difficult to find happiness. I thrive on the challenges that I undertake, and I feel inspired to work towards success because it is my passion.
Positive thinking : When I first initiated this company as a food and beverage business, everything has been by no means smooth sailing. Positive thinking, like passion, is a characteristic that I continuously work with in order to move forward. With such optimistic vision, I developed F&B business of CGI, Inc., with plans to build many lasting relationships with successful, world-renowned food and beverage companies. Nothing is impossible!
Patience : When I work with passionately and positively, I sometimes urgently expect fast results. However, I always try to have patience when dealing with my work, as it is very important to me to have excellent and quality work.
I like to call the Coffee Bean Franchise the "happiness business". Just one cup of a coffee makes people feel warm-hearted, relaxed and comfortable. The experience of the coffee shop vibe brings together a livelihood and comfort that translates across other cultures and languages. It is this experience that I wish to bring to other countries, beginning with one small cup.
As the CEO of a franchise developer of food and beverage industries, I will continue to make CGI Foods, Inc., admired by everyone. Moreover I look forward to dedicating myself with leading to the company possessing brand location selection capability, financial ability and operation ability.
